As our business has expanded, we needed to move towards a more managed IT service with the flexibility to add or remove users according to our requirements. We chose Blisstech as a local company with excellent credentials. The IT Support team have been highly responsive, explaining the process clearly and thoroughly, taking time to ensure things were running smoothly and any disruption to the business was minimal. We now know that our and our employee’s IT support is safe in Blisstech’s hands, allowing us to concentrate on the things we are good at (which is not computers!). Blisstech were even able to support us in winning a large work package, where detailed knowledge and implementation of IT systems and security was an essential requirement of the client.
